Set in the original historic Georgian Inn (c.1845), the Briars Bar and Restaurant has a true country atmosphere and is a favourite haunt for locals with its intimate bars and contemporary food. Boutique ales are available on tap and we have an extensive wine list that includes local varieties, all poured by the glass, so anyone can enjoy a good quality wine with their meal.
Dine on the terrace or on a cool Highland evening, embrace the warmth of the Inn’s many open fires with family or friends. The seasonal menu has something for everyone – light meals, seafood and of course our famous steaks, all accompanied by an array of fresh local produce, salads and sides. The Briars Inn is renowned for our “cook your own” steak with a variety of prime aged beef cuts for your choosing.
