Exclusive to the Briars, the Long Paddock brand represents the very finest in Prime Aged Beef. Working directly with select Hereford producers who guarantee a premium quality product, Long Paddock beef has been aged to perfection & is distinguished for its full flavour & tenderness. All beef is finished on a minimum 90 day grain fed diet that is then aged between 4-6 weeks depending on the cut. The end result is the perfect steak, ideal for the Briars Char-Grill which cooks at 1000 degrees Celsius, sealing the meat instantly & capturing the full flavour in the process.
